FILE FORMATS:
The native format is .blend from Blender 2.91 with all shaders proper configured with fire and burning aninations.
In the .blend file the textures are packed into the file. For other file formats, you can download the textures.zip that have all the textures files in PNG file format.
.FBX .OBJ and .DAE file formats have all UV Maps and a basic material
